Abstract: Kind of a how-to guide for writing battles/scenes that take place on a battlefield, but mostly a pretentious explanation of what a person might expect to find on your average Fire Emblem battlefield regarding tactics, people, healing, fighting, et cetera.

Abstract: Horse meta. Applicable to most Fire Emblem games. Part 5/5. This is probably one of the more relevant horse meta posts, especially if you need to tie it in with one either the first part or second part in this little series. Warhorses are a big deal and a knight in full armor (think: Wallace from FE7, who would probably NOT be fighting on foot, honestly) once knocked off of his horse would be vulnerable. Along that vein of thought, a well-trained horse is/was hard to come by, so losing your trusted steed to colic would be a real letdown: your next horse might not be as well-trained.
